NSCOS (National Security Crystal Operations Support)

This is a critical national installation and infrastructure of a level of engineering rigor that is out of the ordinary, as compared to normal commercial practice. As envisioned by our NSCOS, the power and communication systems are constructed in a manner that is hardened against physical and cyber-physical attacks. These operations, we are conscious that, energy is one of matters of national resilience. The features in our designs are deep redundancy, ability to start black, and isolated control networks that need not rely on the official grid inits the in case of an emergency. In all deployments that are sensitive to security, we exercise the utmost level of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Infrastructural Hardening: Electrical layout needs to be designed that is resistant to external interference, such as physical security and where necessary EMP shielding.
• Evolutionary Operation: The development of microgrid of autonomous self-islanding capacities (of critical sites on the main grid) when expanded to a wider systemic failure.
• Cyber-Secure Automation: The application of encrypted SCADA and control protocols to make sure that the external actors cannot hack into the intelligence of the facility.
